Terms And Conditions
1. Payment Policy
All payments made to Nutrosal are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you fully understand that all fees paid in advance will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Group Plans Eligibility
Group plans are intended for individuals who are in a general state of good health and are looking to maintain or improve their wellness through weight loss and healthy eating. Group plans are not customized and do not take into account individual medical conditions or personal dietary needs. It is your responsibility to confirm that you are in the appropriate health condition to participate in group plans. You must ensure that you do not have any medical or physical conditions that would limit your participation or make it unsafe. Individuals with special health needs, conditions, or disabilities are advised to opt for our private plans that can be tailored to accommodate specific health requirements. Please note that weight loss is not guaranteed, as results vary depending on individual circumstances, including but not limited to adherence, metabolism, and lifestyle factors.
3. Private Plans Disclaimer
Private plans are personalized and designed to address the specific health conditions, dietary needs, and preferences of each client. These plans may include a variety of diet types such as low-carb, anti-inflammatory, gut-healing, or hormonal balance protocols based on your unique needs. Nutrosal reserves the right to modify or adjust your private plan at any point during the program based on your progress, feedback, or changing health circumstances. While these plans are more personalized, weight loss is still not guaranteed and depends on multiple factors including compliance, individual metabolism, medical history, and overall lifestyle.
4. Health Disclaimer
You acknowledge that you have either had a physical examination and been given your physician's permission to participate, or that you have decided to participate in the use of our services and programs without the approval of your physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for your participation and activities, and utilization of equipment and machinery in your activities. Nutrosal is not a medical organization and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and guidelines provided by Nutrosal are not a substitute for medical advice.
5. Content Ownership
By participating in our group plans, you acknowledge and agree that any content you submit, post, or display within the NutroSal platform—including but not limited to images, posts, comments, recipes, videos, and other materials—becomes the sole property of NutroSal upon submission. You waive all rights to such content and grant NutroSal the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display it across any media or distribution method, whether currently known or developed in the future. In addition, all content provided to you by NutroSal—including recipes, meal plans, educational videos, packages, and any other proprietary material—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This content is for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared with any other person, whether inside or outside the platform, regardless of whether they are a paying member. Sharing or attempting to replicate this content is a direct violation of our terms and will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.
6. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Risks
Participation in weight loss and healthy eating programs may involve risks, which may be caused by your own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the plans, or the conditions under which the program takes place. By agreeing to these terms, you assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the programs.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Nutrosal reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. By clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Refunds
All payments made for plans, whether group or private, are non-refundable. By enrolling in a plan with us, you acknowledge and agree that all fees and charges are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your plan, regardless of whether you have chosen not to participate in or complete the program
9. Unauthorized Group Creation Policy
Clients are strictly prohibited from creating, managing, or participating in unofficial or separate groups that include members of our official programs. All group interactions, support, and communication must take place within the approved channels and under the supervision of the NutroSal team. Establishing or operating external groups-whether online or offline-without prior written permission from NutroSal is a direct violation of this agreement and may lead to immediate removal from the program without refund, and potential legal consequences if proprietary content is shared or misused.
10. Suspension
You also agree that at any given time when participate online, you may be suspended or removed from Support Group for any behavior that is disruptive to the Group or in violation of Group rules
11. Multi-Month Plan Commitment
If you purchase a multi-month package, such as a 3-month or 6-month plan, you agree to remain committed to the duration of the plan. These longer-term packages are offered at a discounted rate and require full consistency and participation. These plans cannot be paused, extended, or rescheduled for any reason, including vacations, illnesses, or other personal events. By enrolling in a multi-month package, you acknowledge that you are committing to participate continuously and that any missed time will not be credited, refunded, or transferred.
12. َApp Only Plan
App-only users of Nutrosal do not have access to additional group support features. They may use the app solely to track their own progress, view public posts from other users, and engage with content available within the app. Group coaching, private forums, or other extended community features are not included in the app-only experience.
